WELDER-NON EXEMPT
We are currently seeking 2nd shift welders for our Fort Worth and Euless locations.
DUTIES DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow General Work Instructions-Welding Fabrication.
- Proficient in assigned welding techniques.
- Interpretation of drawings, including weld requirement symbology.
- Weld Components in flat, horizontal, vertical, or possibly overhead positions.
- Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials.
- Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
- Conventional measuring instruments.
- Process inspection, certification, and documentation.
- Simple welding equipment maintenance.
- Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.
- Safety and Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful completion of an internal welding test.
- Three-years or more of current flux core welding experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must be able to read drawings.
- Reliable work ethics with great attendance.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Work involves almost constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio-hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and loud noises.
- Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds.
- Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and includes the use of protective equipment.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
- Monitor all phases of work, from initial receipt of raw materials through shipment of the finished product to the customer.
- Perform daily dimensional verification relating to the fit of components and product configuration.
- Studies plans, contract documents, and specifications prior to fabrication.
- Verify that reports or plans are initialed by production attesting that the specified tolerances have been achieved.
- Reviews shop drawings for potential fabrication and inspection problems.
- Observe shop assemblies and assure that measurements are obtained and recorded.
- Monitor production welding and perform final inspection of weldments for compliance with code and specification requirements.
- Evaluate the workmanship of individual welders and notify production managers when additional training is needed.
- Witness the welding and testing of Procedure and Welder Qualification tests.
- Initiates non-conformance reports, tags affected material, and monitors progress of repairs.
- Under the direction of the Director, has the authority to act independently of manufacturing to ensure quality policy and procedures are followed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Good knowledge of measuring devices and tools and the proper operation.
- Good knowledge of codes and specifications.
- Good knowledge of welding and NDE (non-destructive examination) processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection practices as applicable to the company’s products.
- Certified by the Indonesian Welding Society as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or Certified Associate Welding Inspector (CAWI) is a plus and satisfies the knowledge requirements for codes, specifications, welding, and NDE knowledge.
- Knowledge of painting and galvanizing processes and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and write Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish, is a plus.
- Ability to inspect parts and assemblies to determine compliance with production drawings and the Companies standard inspection and quality standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate to others blueprint (production drawing) requirements.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions on the use of appropriate tools and applications techniques.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

- Possession of a valid East Java driver’s license is a requirement for this job.
- WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE
Summary:
Performs schedule/unscheduled maintenance on the physical plant, electrical, mechanical and electronic repairs and troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning CNC-control mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- All facility maintenance mechanical, electrical, electronic, and the physical condition of building.
Conduct machine setup. - Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
- Performs scheduled maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Installing, repairing/replaces worn/defective parts, motors, control devices, electronics, etc., and troubleshooting all equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic problems and determine how to correct them, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Record maintenance and repair worked performed.
- Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must have 5 or more years experience in dealing with maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Electronics, Electrical repairs, Industrial Equipment installations, alignment, start-up repairs, etc.
- Must have recent and stable work history.
- Must have experience with operating basic hand tools.
- Must have mechanical and electrical knowledge. Some electronic knowledge is helpful.

- Possession of a valid East Java driver’s license is a requirement for this job.
- MUST be flexible with ALL shifts and Overtime if needed.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Work involves moderate to heavy exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Moderate to heavy physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than six (6) hours per day.
- Able to climb portable ladders, crawl under and climb onto machinery and equipment and able to enter and exit confined spaces.
- Work environment involves exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require strict understanding and adherence to safety precautions. Must wear/use approved applicable safety equipment, as needed.
